These dancing groups are motivating the teams by performing some jumping and stunting moves. Starting form intercollegiate game in America it is very important in grounds now a day. It has now become a part of Olympic game, world cup and champion trophy.

The cost includes costume, make up, hairstyles etc. The annual tuition fee and competition fee for entry are much more. The outfits used are same for the groups and unique in style and costly.

The participants are given special training classes by gym coaches. The do gym and jumps in different shows other than football. In NFL 26 teams have cheerleading squads. They represent each team by cheering and showing strength with tumbling dances and jumping.

On the other side of the story, many people are against this. They thought it not a good sign for the player’s focus. They can’t concentrate on game when their cheerleaders are dancing and making different moves. Jumping moves only trigger audience attentions and shout with them on every goal. These squads are not necessary for game spirit. Any team can participate and win without dancing motivations. In NFL only six top teams do not have cheerleaders and they won competitions. These are Buffalo Bills, Chicago Bears, Cleveland Browns, Green Bay Packers, New York Giants, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
